Reflecting the Aura of India's Cultural Heritage

The Rustic Elegance Avadh Heliconia project stands out with its unique design elements that pay homage to Gujarat's native architecture. The use of step wells, a traditional feature of the region, adds a touch of authenticity and grandeur to the landscape. As guests enter the club house, they are greeted by a majestic stone carved fountain, shaped like a lantern, symbolizing the Indian tradition of welcoming guests with lights and water to wash away negativity.

The design team, led by Mahesh Nampurkar, prioritized the use of locally available materials and the employment of Indian craftsmanship. Red Agra stone, found near Gujarat, was meticulously carved to create stunning sculptures throughout the landscape. By utilizing the Indian handicraft industry, the project not only showcases the beauty of traditional craftsmanship but also supports the local economy.

Spanning over 30,350 square meters, the landscape design of Rustic Elegance Avadh Heliconia presented several challenges. The area was prone to waterlogging, requiring the design team to develop a well-crafted drainage system. The road was elevated to act as a drain, ensuring that water flows out of the property effectively. Additionally, the topography and climatic conditions were carefully considered when designing the plantation plan.

The Rustic Elegance Avadh Heliconia project has received recognition for its outstanding design. It was awarded the Iron A' Design Award in 2018 in the Landscape Planning and Garden Design category. This prestigious award acknowledges the project's well-designed, practical, and innovative approach, meeting professional and industrial requirements while contributing to a better world.
